instrument to increase the employee satisfaction and, at the same time, to register an increase of the company productivity. Through this webinar we will analyze the recent trends in the market and we will focus our discussion on the new employees’ needs and on how the welfare initiatives could support mother and family at works.

Daniela has almost 13 years of experience in Global Mobility services.
During her career she has assisted multinational company in managing their global mobility strategy, more in details she provides assistance on different areas such as tax, social security, compensation e benefits. She is also an expert on the welfare and wellbeing area and she helps the client in implementing new people strategy with particular focus on the company needs and employee satisfactions.
