About the Event

We are hosting Silvia Menaguale, Senior Manager | People Advisory Services, EY Italia.

In the last years, Italy has introduced a new tax scheme applicable  to foreign nationals moving to Italy and well as to Italian nationals moving back home. If certain conditions are met, 70% of the employment (or self-employment) income will be tax free. The benefit is available for 5 years or more, depending on the cases.

The regime is being constantly reviewed and updated and it is a hot topic among the Expat Community.

Silvia will guide us through the applicable principles and conditions.

She is a Chartered Public Account (CPA, Dottore Commercialista), with more than 12 years of experience in Expatriate Management and a deep knowledge of Italian and International expatriate taxation.

She is specialized in Global Mobility transformation and alignment between D&I and Global Mobility strategies. She helps multinational companies maximizing the ROI of their Global Mobility Programs. She provides advice on a broad set of topics, including expatriate tax and social security.
