It starts with a problem. Most of the time we are in a problem-solving mood. We search for problem-solvers, we want to enable our teams to solve the problems themselves. We tend to steer clear of problems. We want to avoid them or solve them as fast as possible. But problems are actually the source of innovation. The rightly defined problems. The well-understood problems. The real problems. But how can we find the right problem?
